I do not know how good graphics card would have been. The card was a bit too long to fit in the case. When I installed the card, I had to move the hard drive to install the card and move it back again. However, the card hit the hard drive case. I finally removed the graphics card, and installed the old card back into the slot.
I ordered and received from another company a 'regular' but higher speed graphics card.
I gave the GTX 465 to a friend that has a larger case to accommodate the the large size of the graphics card.
If you shoud order this grapics card, ensure it will fit in the case that you have.

This nice dedicated 1gb of graphic was a upgrade from my gtx260. there was nothing wrong with the 260gtx, but that i wanted the 465gtx because it have directX 11. This card is about 1 1/2 smaller than the 260gtx and temp wise is about the same in a mid size aluminum lian li case.windows index score went from 7.2 to a 7.5 for me pair with an 1055t x6 amd processor. Benchmark score 3dmarks was about 3000 points difference, crysis can be play on all ultra high setting on 1080p minus anti-aliasing. So far a decent upgrade and fairly low decibel level from the gtx260. cheers!


EVGA 01G-P3-1465-AR Review by Leviathan

I' m running this GPU in dual SLI at 1920x1200 and I'm happy with the performance. I was able to overclock it pretty well: core clock: 840 mhz / shader clock: 1680 mhz / memory: 1825 mhz and my temperatures are never over 70 degrees under full load. I'm able to run the latest titles at max settings: metro 2033, battlefield bad company 2, battlefield 3...overall its a great card

Pros:
-great value
-extreme overclocking headroom
-SLI GTX 465 > GTX 580 (and is much cheaper)

cons:
IT'S A SHAME THAT THEY DIDN'T GIVE IT MORE VRAM!...only 1024mb...1GB may not always be enough.
